Ann Arbor startup, Bongotones.com, allows mobile phone users to gain access to free multimedia through custom online applications. These applications allow users to upload their own personal music and create their free ringtones in whatever fashion they desire. Currently, Bongotones.com allows access to free ringtones, but is in the process of launching applications that will allow users to customize and create their own free mobile wallpapers, games and videos.
